Caroline DePonto

Home – your safe space and where you spend much of your time – should reflect your personality while also providing comfort, harmony and balance.

Born as a 4th generation Floridian in what used to be a small town – Winter Garden, just outside of Orlando – Caroline DePonto has always enjoyed the peace and comfort of coming home to her own sacred space. Her parents fostered her creativity throughout her childhood, whether she was acting and singing in school theater productions or constantly redecorating her bedroom to her heart’s content.

When the time came for freshman orientation at Florida State University, Caroline was surprised to find she had “declared” interior design as her major. She thought she was simply filling out a questionnaire about her “likes.” Nonetheless, she ran with it and found herself in a highly competitive four-year Interior Design program at the dually accredited CIDA and NASAD university. As it turns out, this serendipitous “meet cute” with her future career thrust her down a path that has guided her through the best years of her life.

Caroline relocated to Southwest Florida in 2012 when she landed her dream job at a luxury design firm working alongside her best friend – they met on that first day of college and eventually found themselves designing homes together in Naples. After earning her professional license, being published in multiple editions of Gulfshore Life magazine, and spending ten amazing years at this firm, Caroline took the leap towards a new dream of owning her own company.

The mission at DePonto Designs is to not only provide beautiful homes that fit our clients’ personal style and aesthetic, but to have fun doing it! Your home is your sanctuary, your safe space; your home should be both beautiful and functional. DePonto Designs can’t wait to help you create your personal piece of heaven on earth.

When unwinding, Caroline enjoys her own piece of heaven with her favorite person (her husband, Anthony) and their happy Labrador, Pippa. When not tending to their home, the DePontos can be found at brunch with friends and family; sneaking away for long weekend trips; supporting anything and everything Florida State Seminoles; or being “Big Golf Guys.”
