"My wife and I retained Caroline to help with the extensive renovation of our 5,400 conditioned, 8,300 gross sqft home in the Club at Mediterra in North Naples FL starting in 2023 and ending in late 2024. After preconstruction, we handed the project to our GC and Caroline for construction starting on May 16th, 2024. We intended to host our entire family in the completed residence for Thanksgiving, 7 months later. That mission was accomplished, due in no small part to Caroline’s diligent work. We have a 6 br, 5 and two-half bath home, and wanted to update virtually every element. Caroline designed the interiors, including detailed millwork elevations for all bathrooms, office, kitchens and our lanai. She specified all furniture, fixtures and equipment for the project and most importantly, was our boots on the ground project manager with our general contractor for the duration of the project. The project came in on schedule and budget; she was very instrumental in the success of the effort. We were thrilled with her performance and would recommend her to anyone looking to work with a true professional who is also a lovely person to spend time with."
